Patricia Sandoval is a former nurse of a Planned Parenthood abortionist clinic in California (USA). In an interview with the Spanish DynamiS Radio, she explained her own experience and how she left the job, after facing the tragic reality of abortion.

INSIDE THE ABORTION SYSTEM

“I was an accomplice of many innocent deaths working in an abortionist clinic”, Sandoval explained in the interview with Susana Macias, director of the Spanish pro-life association Aesvida. The nurse had had an abortion when she was young, which see did not see as important at that time.

Later on, she started to work in a national abortionist clinic as a part of the medical staff. There she discovered the reality of abortion, the way they manipulated the pregnant women who came to the clinic, and how they counted the babies' body parts.

“WE COULD NOT USE THE WORDS BABY, MOM OR DAD”

“When I started to work there, I was so happy, I believed abortion was the right of a woman, and I wanted to help women”, she recalled.

But “since my first day, I realized they started to manipulate me and trained me to change my vocabulary: 'Never use words like baby, he, she, mom, or dad […], do not let women see the monitor' (for the sonogram).”

She told Dynamis that she faced reality the first day she had to assist one of the patients. The doctor introduced a suction machine, twenty-eight times more powerful than a home vacuum, with a sharp little knife at the end, in the woman's uterus.

Sandoval explained how then the doctor moved it from one side to the other, cutting and vacuuming, without seeing anything: “It was like he was raping her.”

It was really “a blind surgery”, and statistics “reveal that 20 million women die every year after an abortion”, she affirmed.

A SHOCKING EXPERIENCE

“SInce the doctor could not see if everything was gone, that was my job”, Patricia recalled. “He calculated that the abortion was done counting the time: five minutes.”

“I took the bag with all the blood, and put it in a glass container, my trainer nurse took the tongs, put them in the container, and an arm with a little hand appeared. Then she said: 'This is the first part, we need five baby parts in order to inform the doctor that the abortion was a success.”

Demonstration against the funding of Planned Parenthood

When she saw the arm, Patricia believed that “it was as if God stopped the time, so that I could see all the details: I look at the nails, the palms, I realized the baby had fingerprints, and I threw him in the trash.”

She continues: “But when she raise his head, it was so painful, because it had his hair, eyes, eyebrows, eyelashes, nose, and his mouth opened as if he had shouted for his life. But he did not have voice, he could not defend himself... that 3-month-old baby felt every ripped part of his body.”

“And in that moment, I said to myself: I murdered my three children... this is not a a cells bag”, she concluded.

“DEPRESSION AND GUILT”

Sandoval left her job one moth later: “I left that clinic and had a deep depression, I felt like a total rubbish; I got deeply into drugs and lost everything.”

According to her, not only children are victims of abortion, but also the doctors and nurses, who “need to block their senses and feelings to make those operations.”

“I FOUND GOD AND HIS FORGIVENESS”

The nurse told the radio host that, in the midst of her own personal struggles, she found God. “I was stranded in the street, crying and crying, and for the first time I felt God the Father in my heart. I started to talk to God, and I said to him: 'I want to ask you for forgiveness'.”

“And I crouched in foetal position, crying like a little child, when suddenly I felt that someone was hugging me. I opened my eyes, and there was young woman, staring at me, who said: 'Jesus loves you, I am a waitress in that restaurant, and God told me: 'Go to that young lady and tell her I love her´.”

From then on, Patricia's life changed. She participated in a post-abortion retreat, and was able to overcome the terrible psychological effects that abortion had caused her.

Nowadays,Sandoval gives talks throughout the world, sharing her experience, inspiring others to fight for life and a healthy sexuality.
