Peter May is a retired medical doctor from Southampton, UK and the author of The Search for God and the Path to Persuasion (MD Publishing 2016). A former staff worker and Chair of UCCF, he set up their bethinking.org website to support the work of ‘persuasive evangelism’, a phrase he much prefers to ‘apologetics’ in describing the character of New Testament evangelism.
