In his role as Lausanne global associate director for regions, Las coordinates the 12 Lausanne regional directors. He previously served as regional director for the Caribbean. Las also organized and hosted the first Lausanne Global Consultation on Creation Care and the Gospel in Jamaica in 2012. Previously he was associate general secretary for the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) in Oxford, England, as well as president of the Caribbean Graduate School of Theology. Las and his wife Margaret DeJong are based in Kingston, Jamaica, and are proud parents of Minke Elizabeth, Anneke Joy-Marie, and Johnathan Edward.
