Peirong Lin is from Singapore and currently lives in Brussels. She is a Research Assistant at the Evangelical Theological Faculty, Leuven, Belgium and the Coordinator for the Institute of Leadership and Ethics. She received her Bachelors in Business Administration from National University of Singapore and her Masters in Organizational Leadership from Monash University, Australia. She worked at the Human Resources Department of an International Development Organization. Currently, she is in the midst of her doctoral project researching the Christian identity of development organizations working cross-culturally.
