As General Director of BMS World Mission since 2017, Kang San Tan leads organizational change and culture transformation from a UK sending agency to a dispersed Majority World network. Before this, he worked for 22 years in Asia as director of mission research with OMF International and executive director of AsiaCMS. He obtained his Doctor of Ministry in Missiology from Trinity International University, USA and PhD in Theology of Religions from Aberdeen University, Scotland.
