Daniel Gerber has been writing for the Swiss news website Livenet for 25 years. He is a freelance journalist and the author of several books, most recently "Wo Jesus barfuss geht" with Markus and Katharina Freudiger. He feels particularly at home in the vast expanses of Africa. He is married to Guilene and is the father of three children.
