Nordic evangelical businesspeople and church leaders gather in Stockholm
In Stockholm (Sweden) the 'Stronger Together' conference on September 18-19 participants “shared experiences, not just as individual entrepreneurs or organisations, but as part of something greater”.

Evangelical businesspeople, church leaders and ministry network representatives from across the Nordic region gathered in Stockholm on September 18-19 for the Stronger Together conference.
The gathering aims to be a place of “inspiration, fellowship and spiritual renewal”, where participants “share experiences and seek together how we can stand stronger, not just as individual entrepreneurs or organisations, but as part of something greater”, said the organisers.
Generosity, financial discipleship and networking
The main themes of the conference were generosity and financial discipleship, as well as the relationships and collaboration between business ministries in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands.

The gathering began on Friday evening with an informal get-together, followed by a talk and a networking time focused on the Nordic region.
Saturday was a day “filled with networking, encouragement and speakers from a wide range of national and international organisations”, through talks, workshops, panel discussions, prayer times, and small groups meetings.
“This isn’t just a day spent talking, it is the start of something we believe can transform both lives and communities”, stressed the organisers.
Business people and church leaders
The main speakers include Worl Evangelical Alliance (WEA) chief of staff, Peirong Lin; Coordinator of the WEA business coalition global generosity network and Church of England diocese of Chichester generous giving adviser, Sas Conradie.
“Participating in entrepreneurship-focused events is essential to overcoming a longstanding disconnect between business people and church leaders”, pointed out Conradie.
During the event, the WEA business coalition global generosity network, along with the organisers, carried out the the Stockholm generosity dinner, “to inspire Christians across the Nordic region to live more generously and invest their resources into advancing God’s Kingdom both locally and globally”.
