Some scientists are misinterpreting both God, and the meaning of the word “create”.

Even if the universe were the result of a primeval vacuum fluctuation, as many physicists and cosmologists are now arguing, that would not mean that it created itself out of nothing.

Nor is this putative primeval vacuum the “nothing” of “creation out of nothing”. And when some scientists say that there never was such an entity as God, they are stepping outside the realm of the strictly scientific, and are misinterpreting both God, and the meaning of the word “create”.

Because if there were no intelligent Creator who caused and sustains everything there is, then absolutely nothing would exist.
