Pedro Tarquis (Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 1954), lives in Madrid (Spain). He was Media Counselor of FEREDE (Federación Entidades Religiosas Evangélicas de España) and legal representative of the Evangelical Council of Madrid for seven years. There he developed the agreement between the Evangelical Council of Madrid and the local Government of the Madrid Region in 1995. Since 1993, he is a member of the Spanish Evangelical Alliance (AEE), and serves as president of Areop Protestante, the Media Commission. Tarquis launched and coordinated, with the help of a team, several digital publications that have made an impact in the Spanish speaking world. Protestante Digital is the most well known publication directed by Tarquis. Pedro Tarquis is Executive Director of Evangelical Focus.
