Alan Donaldson is the general secretary of the European Baptist Federation. He has traveled extensively across Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East, and has also overseen the organization's response to the war in Ukraine. He is an accredited Baptist minister in Scotland where he has served the church for 30 years in a variety of roles including youth pastor, senior pastor, and general director of the Baptist Union of Scotland.
