Hugo Márquez is the pastor of the Baptist Church Jesus is King, in the city of Neuquén, Argentina and Director of the AMEN school in the same city. President of the Evangelical Baptist Confederation of Argentina (CEBA) and of the Ibero-American Congress for Life and the Family. He studied at the International Baptist Theological Seminary.
