Co-Regional Director for Lausanne Movement Europe. She also serves on the board of European Evangelical Alliance and is a director at the Centre of Missionaries from the Majority World. Usha has served in cross cultural mission since 1988 with a specific focus on migrant engagement. She olds an MA in practical theology and a PhD thesis with a special focus on the intersection of cultural anthropology and practical theology. Usha is married to Dr Matthew Reifsnider and has two children and two adopted grandlads.
