Salvation Crew, in collaboration with the Norwegian missionary movement Jesus Revolution and the organization Zasáhnout svět (Reach the World), organised the second Jesus pochod (Jesus March) in Prague on Saturday, August 3.

The event was a follow-up to a similar gathering in November 2023, which was then attended by 1,000 people. This year, participation grew, with approximately 2,000 people from various churches and congregations in the Czech Republic joining in.

The march began at 4 pm on Hradčany Square, near the Prague Castle, with several songs led by musicians from the Open Church Prague and an introduction by Peter Kuba (leader of Zasáhnout svět).

Afterwards, the participants moved to Klárov, near the seat of the Czech government. Pastor Olayinka Ojo (RCCG Rehoboth Centre) spoke there and was his words were complemented by songs by a black vocal group from his church.

From the stage, colourful testimonies from young people about how they met Jesus could be heard, interspersed with modern songs and dance creations.

The organizers are planning the third annual Jesus March for August 2025. The goal of the event is to connect Christians in Czech Republic and spread the Good News of Jesus Christ publicly.
